The Choice Down Payment Assistance Program is for families with members who are disabled, either physically, mentally or emotionally. This covers a lot of families. You could get up to $10000 in down payment assistance.




The income limits for the family are:

$30000 - Down Payment Assistance of $10000

Over $30000 - Down Payment Assistance of $7500
